About the Playwright: Ike Torres is a Northern California-based actor, playwright, screenwriter, spoken word poet and filmmaker. As a writer, he has trained at The Marsh, PlayPenn and Ethnic Theatre Workshop. As an actor, he trained at the Meisner Technique Studio in San Francisco, and is continuing his training as a film actor at Studio24. In 2026, he released a five-part miniseries "Mindfux' with longtime creative partner Antonio Michael Leaks which he wrote and starred in, directed by Leaks.
